Full Time Software Implementation Consultant
Herndon, VA

Job Description:

Privia is seeking a seasoned Software Implementation Consultant to support our cloud and on-premise customer implementations as well as other platform configurations. As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will enjoy learning new software capabilities, devising creative solutions to customer challenges and supporting customer learning through training and responsive documentation. The Implementation Consultant will manage all stages of the implementation life-cycle starting with kickoff including discovery, design, configuration and deployment and help to provide a smooth transition to our support team. The right candidate will be a focused self- starter ready to engage in a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining Customer Success criteria
  • Managing an implementation plan (end to end)

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, internal requests and support needs
  • Intermediate or better proven experience using at least two of the following: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, CSS, XML
  • Ability to maintain and complete a project within given time restraints

  • Attention to detail and information retention

Highly Desired:

  • 3+ years in software implementation (SaaS, subscription-based services)
  • Understanding of the State and Federal Bid, Capture and Propose processes
  • Experience with XML, CSV, Json, HTML and CSS
  • Corporate Training Experience – in person and online – including experience with the leading web meeting solutions: GoToMeeting, Zoom, etc.

Full-Time QA / Technical Support Representative
Herndon, VA

Job Description:

Privia is looking for a full time Technical Support Representative. This position is responsible for providing complex technical support to customers via phone, email, or Web meetings from the Privia Herndon, VA office. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong computer troubleshooting skills and excellent phone presence. Privia uses the Agile development model and this position is expected to participate in the development process to both provide feedback from customers and perform Quality Control testing. On the job training will be provided. This position will also provide the opportunity to develop writing skills by writing up customer issues and for creating technical notes to document common solutions to frequently asked questions.

This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Vacation, Holidays, and medical benefits are provided. This position is aligned to build skills to grow into Professional Services, Sales Engineering, or Systems Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides moderately complex technical support to clients via email, phone, or other methods
  • Possesses a Strong understanding of the organization's products and services

Additional Details: This position can range from entry level (TSR I) to a more senior position (TSR III). On the job training will be provided. The position requires answering the support phone when customers call in so it must be performed on site in the Privia offices in Herndon VA. Every four months, on rotation, employee must remotely monitor support ticket queue after-hours.

Senior Software Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a full time highly skilled Senior or Principal ASP.NET/C#/C++/COM developer with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality and high performance web and native applications on Microsoft technologies. The developer will perform analysis, requirements, design, development, and implementation tasks as well as provide support for enterprise class of applications.The candidate must be eligible to work in the United States and must be able to work locally in our Herndon, VA office.

Position Requirements:

Job Description:

Privia seeks a full-time Inside Sales Development Representative to support our Account Managers’ efforts by qualifying prospects and driving new business. We offer a SaaS (software as a service solution) for large and small systems Integrators to assist them in bidding and winning more government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling prospects for Privia’s Small Business solution to determine interest level and need
  • Responding to incoming sales calls and product demo requests
  • Following up on leads from marketing campaigns and events
  • Scheduling qualified sales meeting for the sales reps
  • Contacting existing customers to update CRM
  • Conducting software demonstrations usually over web meeting
  • Contacting current customers quarter

Position Requirements:
