Culture of Responsiveness

When it comes to customer support, our team is second to none. But don’t take our word for it, here’s what our customers have to say:

“Privia has the best customer support of all the vendors that I'm currently dealing with and many I have dealt with in the past. Their Tier 1 support is very responsive and knowledgeable and resolved our issues 100% of the time. The management is very open to input from its customers and they are a pleasure to deal with.” – Greg B., Proposal and Quality Manager

“They could have just sent a generic email or troubleshooting steps and made the user figure it out on their own, but they didn't. The Privia support techs genuinely care about your productivity and satisfaction with the product.” - Angela S., CF APMP, Proposal Manager

Active User Community

Educate, Inform, and Inspire is the theme of Privia’s annual Virtual User Conference, an afternoon of industry news and expert advice. Each fall, we gather experts and thought-leaders from across the capture and proposal management industry to bring the user community the latest best practices – all aimed at helping them win through collaboration and quality.
