Sub-workspaces give access to pricing or other sensitive data to a specified subset of contributors.

Real-Time Commenting

Real–time collaboration on proposal documents takes place within Privia via document commenting. This feature captures in–line and general comments from multiple people at the same time, regardless of physical location. Proposal managers can automatically insert all comments into Microsoft Word and Excel documents and store them in Privia for future use.

Workflow Automation

Built–in workflows help you manage the proposal process.  The easy–to–use workflow automation tool allows you to build your own proposal development processes and include the steps and decision checkpoints needed for your business or the type of opportunity.
