• Availability: Privia Small Business is available to organizations with less than $25M revenue/year
• Timeframe: 2 year minimum commitment
• Number of Users: Requires a minimum of 5 licensed users (subscribers); limited to a maximum of 20 licensed users (subscribers)
• Environment: Privia Small Business is hosted in a secure, shared, multi-tenant system environment
• Privia Small Business components: includes Privia Platform Client, Enhanced Web, Document Management, Pipeline, and Commenting
• Reporting: Privia’s reporting capability is not included in Privia Small Business
• Data export: customers have the ability to export their pipeline data
• Customer is limited to one Privia organization
